Mobility Support
Assistance and supporting participants in matters relating to manual handling.
Shopping and Cooking Assistance
Support and assistance during meal times. This can include; breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and fluid intakes; according to individual needs and wants.
Employment Support
Assistance and mentoring support to help participants learn new skills or gain employment opportunities.
Transport
Help participants get to and from important appointments and fun activities.
Personal Care
Support with personal care and
hygiene such as; showering, toileting,
shaving and more.
Out and About
Assistance to access and get involved
in community, attend social events, go shopping or get involved in group
activities.
In-Home Daily Activities
